Breathe With Me.

A conscious connected breathwork experience woven with hypnotic guidance — a way to return to the body and feel what's been waiting for your attention.

What It Is

Your breath as the doorway home.

Breathe With Me is a guided rebirthing breathwork journey held in a group setting, layered with gentle hypnotic guidance and curated music.

Conscious connected breathing invites the mind to soften and creates space to notice what the body has been communicating all along.

It's a practice you do, not something done to you — and Emily holds the container so you can simply move with your own breath.

Gentle FAQ

Common questions, honestly answered.

Do I need to be 'good at' breathwork?
No. The breath pattern is simple and Emily guides you through it. Your only job is to keep showing up to the next breath.
Will I have a big emotional release?
Sometimes people feel a lot, sometimes very little. Both are welcome. The experience is yours and there's no goal to hit.
Is this safe for everyone?
Breathwork is a powerful experience and isn't the right fit for every person or every season of life. Some conditions — such as pregnancy, certain heart conditions, seizure disorders, glaucoma, recent surgery, or certain severe mental health conditions — may require additional consideration or provider approval. We’ll review your intake before participation to make sure this experience is a supportive fit for you.
Is this a medical treatment?
No. It's an experiential practice, not a medical or clinical intervention.
How long is the experience?
Plan for around two hours, including arrival, breath, and integration.
