Drawing on Clinical and Transpersonal Hypnotherapy, somatic awareness, and gentle inquiry, Emily creates a setting where the mind can quiet enough for your own clarity to come forward.

Will I be 'under' or lose control?
No. You remain present and aware the entire time. Hypnotherapy is a relaxed, focused state — you stay in the driver's seat.
Is this therapy?
No. This is a transformational experience, not clinical therapy or medical treatment. If you're navigating something clinical, we can discuss whether this experience is an appropriate fit.
How long is a session?
Typically 75–90 minutes, including conversation, the guided experience, and integration.
Are sessions in person or virtual?
Both are available. Virtual sessions can be just as powerful as meeting in person.
